I am building an app for a fairly long form that is currently in SharePoint as an InfoPath form. I went with the default form from the SharePoint list to start with and am using a single form for View/Edit/New following the steps from a Reza Dorrani video. I have most of the functionality working as I'd like but for a couple of things. A big one is that I have a couple of lists that have about 7-10 items in each and both are choice columns in SharePoint. When Viewing an existing form, there is a box that shows a couple of the items, then cuts off to "More", however I need this to display as a list as we will be making PDFs of this form and sending them to users who do not have access to the SP list. Do I have to convert the dropdown to a bunch of check boxes? Will that affect the choice columns in SharePoint or do I have to change them, as well?
@JeanL You can hide the existing control and add Checkboxes and that should work. There won't be any impact to the datasource.
Thanks. That lead me in the right direction. Wound up adding a gallery to the datacard and adding in the checkboxes there.
