PAD unable to click on UI Element Queries >> "Export to CSV" in Azure DevOps in an unattended mode

Hi,

I have an unattended PAD Bot that should download a CSV file by clicking on the Export to CSV UI element in Azure DevOps. Though the BOT runs successfully in an attended mode, it fails to do so in an unattended mode. PAD is never able to detect the element.

Thanks.

One way I investigate unattended bots is surrounding my problem issue with screenshots and send them to a log folder (like my image below). Perhaps give that shot? Maybe your running into things not loading properly, timing issues, screen issues, etc....

Yes, I figured out through the screenshot captured in the error code of the flow in an unattended mode. I noticed that the download to csv button was nested under (...) UI element which appears based on size of the browser in an unattended session (where the screen resolution and pixel is less). However, while I was recording using my laptop screen (maximized window), the same screen was showing the download to csv button without the (...). So, in the new recording, I kept the browser window size small so that I could navigate to the download to csv button after clicking on (...) UI Element. And that worked! Thank you for your response.
