I would like to audit system administrators’ actions. Examples:
-Remove flow from solution
-Turn on/off flows
-Add/delete another system administrator
Can you please send some examples/links to show how?

Some of the events you can capture with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse activity logs. To compare changes in a solution (e.g. Remove flow from solution) , you would need to rely on source control to see change history for commits.
