É possível modificar o código de estrutura do aplicativo?

Gerei um aplicativo através de uma lista do Share Point, gostaria de fazer algumas alterações diretamente no código, com isso o aplicativo ficaria mais independente e personalizado de acordo com as necessidades da minha empresa. Isto é possível de se fazer?

Do you want to make some changes to the app you created using code?

What kind of changes do you want to make?

Per my certain knowledge, you could customize your app by adding controls and using functions, and also you could register Custom APIs in PowerApps using the codes you needed.

As @v-yamao-msft mentioned, you can update the app that was generated from the SP list. You can change the look of the app, you can change properties of the existing controls to define things such as font / colors / borders / etc. This kind of personalization should be simple to do. If you want to change the logic of the app, you can also do so by using new controls and existing functions.
