Not able to connect Power Automate Flow with Copilot studio

Hello,

I have created a powerautomate flow and its giving me proper output when I run the flow,. I created an agent in studio then I used the existing flow tool from powerautomate but whenever I give a prompt it either says Done or gives an erorr about output field.

I'm exhausted troubleshooting it and I need to understand why studio doesn't pick up flow output and give me expected results. Please let me know what you think and I really appreciate you looking into this.

Hi Sampath,
That "Done" usually means the flow isn't returning a defined output back to Copilot Studio. Check your Respond to Copilot action at the end of the flow and make sure there's an actual output set there (like ResultText as Text), not just the flow finishing successfully.
If you added that output after connecting the flow to the agent, remove the tool, save and publish, then re-add it and publish again. Copilot Studio tends to cache the old schema.
If that's not it, can you share a screenshot of your Respond to Copilot action and the exact error text? Happy to dig in from there.

And in your Copilot Studio Agent Topic, did you choose it like this:

Please add a screenshot of your solution.

Also keep in mind: Flow must respond within 100 seconds.
