Unable to extract data from webpage

Hello!

I'm experiencing an issue in the flow step extract data from a webpage. When the live web helper comes up, it is outlining different elements in a red box as I move my mouse over the webpage. However, when I find the values I would like to extract and right click to extract the data, live web helper is not updating to reflect it.

I am currently running version 2.32.111.23124 and am using the Edge browser with the extension. I have a VDI that runs version 2.15.284.21354 in Edge with the legacy extension that is working as expected. Has anyone experienced this issue with a newer version, or is there any feedback on how to resolve this issue?

I have experienced this issue with earlier versions after the new extension was released, but I don't think it's there anymore since version 2.34 or something like that. I would suggest you update your instance.

I realize this is an old post, but just want to say that I had this same issue. Are you using a second monitor? For me, if I have a second monitor, it can't save the data table elements in the preview. I don't know why this is, because it shows in the right-click menu just fine, but when I unplug my monitor and use just my laptop screen it is fine.
