Hi ,

Is there anyway to edit/replace the CSAT stars with emojis in PVA and also to highlight the stars after clicking on it ??

    Hi, @Jacklin_Jency

     

    You could redirect to a custom topic where you use an adaptive card to do an alternative type of CSAT, but there is currently no way to configure the out-of-the-box control.
