Microsoft 365 Copilot-Agent Builder vs. Copilot Studio

Hey guys,
 
why can i not open the agents, which were created in "Microsoft 365 Copilot-Agent Builder"?

And what is the difference between "Microsoft 365 Copilot-Agent Builder" and the normal Copilot Studio?? I thought you can build agents just through the copilot studio.

    Microsoft 365 Agent builder (Copilot studio lite) is a lightweight version of Copilot Studio. You can copy agents across to Copilot Studio (Full) for the advanced capabilities. Instructions on how to do so are located here -

    ah okay, that makes sense. But were the Agents with links (Agents with green Name and underlining) created by employees or somehow automatically by powerplatform itself?
