Select UI Elements to run Action Wizard from Adobe Acrobat on Power Automate Desktop

Hello,

I'm trying to run Action Wizards from Adobe Acrobat DC, but when I try to use the Click UI element in Window feature it only ever selects the pane and not the actual buttons in Acrobat.

Can anyone help me figure out how to get Power Automate Desktop to run Action Wizards in Adobe Acrobat?

Update: Out of nowhere it started to work and allow me to press buttons. Then it stopped working again. This feels like a bug/issue.

Need to make sure your selector(s) is dynamic.

It will work on the first pdf you automate, but when you try it on another pdf with a different name it throws an error...

Is that an option in the program? I posted this a few months back so it's been a while since I've automated this. I ended up going a different route.

    Ive just started automating pdfs.

Yes you can edit the selector.

As in, you just created a new flow, adobe read a file called 1.

When you read a different file, lets say 2, it will fail as it was expecting 1.

Edit the selector, just an example below.

Where it says contains Adobe, it previously had equal to "filename", hence the failure...

Thank you! I'll try this next time around and see if it works. 😁
