Hi, I have a jobcard powerapp with has a flow attached to a submit button that grabs the submitted data from the app and puts it into a html, then converts to pdf (see attached). This has been working fine in the past, however recently, the flow only works 30% of the time, it does not bring across the data and the pdf document shows empty with broken links. Sometimes if the user resubmits, it works but lately it is so inconsistent. No errors in the flow and regardless if the pdf conversion fails, the data still goes into the sharepoint list. Any ideas on what could be causing this and resolution?

Alternatively, is there a way to generate the same flow directly from sharepoint with the html script in the attached?

Correction, i just quickly checked, and if the html to pdf flow doesn't pull the data, it also does not go into the sharepoint list

Sounds like you Flow maybe losing the reference to the data it needs. I had a similar thing happen with a build I did recently on a Form Submit. I ended up having to reshape my process to get it working correctly. For my situation I reshaped it to:

- Submit form
OnSuccess of Form
- Refresh data source
- set variable to form.LastSubmit
- Run Flow

This is a very high level look at what I had to do and may not fully match your situation. It's more to show you where you could start looking for, or think to start looking, for answers.
