I want to know if there any way to restric the default environment, in order to control who can create applications, edit and consume on that environment.
Hi,
There is no way no restrict the access. It's granted to all users of your tenant.
Instead, one best practice recommended is apply it a very restrict DLP, for example, block ALL connectors directly.
