Unable to delete the Suggested Prompts in my published agent

Hello,

I have been building Agents using Copilot Studio, but I am having problems deleting the Suggested Prompts. I want to remove them but they are stuck and not updating across all channels despite deletion and republish. This has been the case for several weeks.

Apparently, this is a known issue, so I am hoping that someone will have encountered this before, as was able to fix the problem.

Hi @DG-22100804-0,

What i did and worked.

i went inside to copilot studio and to overview of my Agent. I delete the Propmt that i didnt want anmore to apear and then i hit publish with forcing the new version.

i left it then for few hours. Now i just open my agent in https://m365.cloud.microsoft/ i saw it still was there and then i open the Prompt gallery and close it again and it was gone. (it also didnt show up within the gallery when i open it). Check and let me know if that worked out for you.

Hi - thanks for the suggestion.

I had another agent with the same issue. I removed the Teams and Microsoft 365 Channel, waited for 10 minutes, then re added the Channel. This seems to have worked also.

I will try your solution the next time this happens.

i thought you already did that thats why i didnt mention it. but yeah always first try the remove and readd the channel and it dont work try also the other way.

i am happy that it worked out.
