Flow is no longer able to bring window to front and instead minimizes everything

Hi all, 

 

I've been using PAD for a couple years now to grab some reports from a specific site. However, I recently installed the latest PAD version and now when it should grab a window with the downloaded report to save it just minimizes all my windows and apps. Any ideas? Is it a bug?
