How do I move Dataverse tables to production from my development environment?

I've used the pipelines feature to move my solution from my dev environment to the production environment. Works great but it only copies over the Dataverse schemas for the tables and not the data itself. There are some tables the app needs to function however. How do I move the table, along with the data, over to production?

You can easily include the Table with Schema in the Solution. But I've never found an easy way to move the data along with it. I usually create a manual flow that copies the data from the Dev Table to Production. Then after the Solution is imported I run that flow. You only need to run it once.

It wasn't working for me at first but it looks Power Query works for this.
