Company was bought out, email address is changing. How does this affect my apps

This may not be the correct forum but I really need an answer on how to proceed.

My company was bought out and our O365 subscription will move over to the new company.  I am wondering how this will affect all my apps, flows, sharepoint, etc.  Any guidance on how to approach this is very much appreciated.

Thank you

Since the apps will move to a new tenant during the migration I would expect you will need to edit the apps to move them and re-establish the connections.  I'm not aware of any tools that will migrate the apps automatically.

I'm ok with editing a sharepoint address or updating my connection to the SQL database.  But what about the apps themselves.  Once my ryan@oldemail.com is not active I will lose access to those apps.  Do I need to export them or any other ideas?

If your company is merging into an existing Office 365 tenant of the parent company then everything in your old tenant needs to be migrated to the new tenant.  So yes, that means exporting everything and importing it into the new tenant.
