Where is the Bot ID?

Hi there,

I have a Power Bi report that gets the data from PVA and display all the ins and outs like the PVA Analytics.

With the "New Canvas" and features just released in the US, everytime that something is changed in PVA, the report refresh and all get messy.

For example, now I have 2 Bots with Classic Version and 2 Bots with "The New Canvas".

I can retrieve the names from the Dataverse, but can't check if the Bot Id's are correct as it's impossible to find out where it is on PVA.

None of the below is the Bot Id:

So, where can I find the Bot Id for each bot that I have created on PVA?

Also, if that exist, can it be more explicit to find it please as it's very annoying having to click in million links and read a million articles to find nothing.

If Microsoft need a UX designer, please get in touch.

Cheers,

Fernando

    Good point - the bot ID is the one you can get from the URL - it's actually the bot record GUID from Dataverse.

    For example, below, the first GUID is the environment ID and the second GUID is the bot ID.

    @HenryJammes ,

    Thank you for your quick reply.

    I had to place the Bot Ids manually into the Power Bi report, even so, the data comes from the Dataverse.

    Your solution is noted, but if there is a possibility to make it easier to find the bot id, that would be awesome.

    Kind regards,

    Fernando
