I tried to post my question in the Microsoft Forms forum but was directed to try to post here as well. I am hoping this is the correct Forum.

---------------------------------------
I am currently using Microsoft Forms for attendees to sign up to attend in-person training classes. However, I am looking for a solution for when the attendees actually attend the class they can check-in to state they are there either by QR code or link.
Is there a solution for this type of setup?
Please advise
Thanks
B

Dear B. Mason,

Good day to you!

I hope you are doing well. Thanks for reaching out to our Microsoft Community Forum. We will be happy to help you.

As per your description, as we know we can generate QR code to response Microsoft form. But there is no built-in configuration as your concern.

If you would like to achieve the workflow, you may need to create custom form using Power App. I’m sorry to inform you that we can’t support Power App related configuration in this community.

However, I sincerely recommend posting your concern in the Microsoft Power Platform Community Forum Thread. The members and engineers there are highly knowledgeable about Power Apps and related issues. I’m confident that their expertise can help address your query effectively and accurately.

    Hi,

As you know, if the meetings/training is held in Microsoft Teams, you already get the data who is attended, who was invited, and who checked-in and attended.  So it sounds like you may be using some other platform.

One option is for you to create a 2nd Form and the form handles check-ins.  Those check-ins can be written to an attendance SharePoint List to provide the data you are looking for.
