Hi,

I have created a Flow from Sharepoint to Outlook Email.

Despite my Sharepoint column format being either a % or Whole Number, or no decimal places

On my email, the desired fields format are wrong, please see below.

Should be 80% & 3

Any support would be appreciated

Thanks

Jerry

    Hi @JerryH

Could you provide more details of your flow (print from your flow and your email message configuration)?

Try convert number to text before writing it to the e-mail:

The Convert number to Text details are here:

    hi Michael,

Where do i find these screen shots in Flow/Automate?

looks like your suggestion will work but i am unable to locate where to do this?

When editing a PAD flow, the actions should be in the left bar with a search option in the top left:

type in "convert" and then you should see "convert number to text" action to use.

I believe @JerryH flow was created in Power Automate (ex-Flow), and not Power Automate Desktop (PAD), that's why he couldn't locate the right commands...

    Hi

    Please see configuration below.

I use the "https://emea.flow.microsoft.com/manage/environments" to create my Flow

    Hi

    I have now downloaded PAD.
    Step 1 create new flow.
Step 2 - how do i start the flow, when a new item is added to my Sharepoint?
