Good day
 
I hope all is well. I am having a difficulty with populating this formula, it does not allow to save please assist.

    Your formula is giving error that's why are are not Abel to save. You need to add table name before column name. format should be table name.columnname. also date diff formula is below 
    DateDiff( StartDateTime, EndDateTime [, Units ] )
