I have created a copilot studio agent with 6 configured suggested prompts which gets display on agent welcome page from where user can either select suggested prompt from list or else he can directly type his own query. But the issue is when conversation start for some user the gallery does not appear in conversation chat window while some user its available during entire chat. Attached is the screenshot where gallery is visible in square border for some users.
Any suggestion or resolution what the root cause could be is it license related or O365 version or some Bug or latency.
solution Tried:
1. Removed and re added the agent -- Issue persists.
2. Logged out and logged in again to O365 -- issue persist
3. Hard Refreshed the browser and clear cache- issue persist.
