too much data to handle - SharePoint List data source error

We have developed a agent which will fetch data from SharePoint via Power automate flow and prompt (by generating filter query). For any ask we are getting result. But when we ask for some count or result which is huge then copilot is throwing Error : The request is resulting in too much data to handle. Till flow we can see result but when flow send response to copilot it throws this error.

Error Message: The request is resulting in too much data to handle, please evaluate the amount of data being returned by your actions?

Make sure you are using Data Select, to remove unnecessary fields, and filter query, to remove unnecessary columns from the result before you try to return it. Since you are returning a JSON array there is a limit to how much data it can contain. Trimming the data down to the essential rows and columns is the only way to fix the problem.

What is the best approach to deal this type of use case , is there a data pull limit , how can we increase it?

hello, there is a data limit , limited by the copilot studio chat context :) so too much data will be block.

The workaround i use it's i store data in dataverse and query it then from AI builder or copilot studio :)
