Loss of galery data - Updata related?

Hi Forum,

I've been running an app for roughly 1.5 years by now without mayor proplems but got informed, that since a week a collection loses data over time (~15 minutes inactivity). there is no change done on the app itself and i fail to find relevant update information of powerapps itself to know if that might be related. Did something similar to you as well and is this issue known? Thanks in advance

hey

talk to the admins who have the rights to the power platform admin center.

Click on the Settings gear icon, then go to Product > Privacy + Security.

Session Management: In this section, you can configure:

Session Expiry: You can set how long an inactive session remains active before it automatically logs the user out.

Inactivity Timeout: This setting determines how long the app remains open if there is no user activity.

hey mmbr1606.

we checked the session expiry and inactivity timeout. These weren't changed lately and got defaultish values (1440m/1000m) so that's not the cause.
