@Nivedipa-MSFT Do you have any update or a case number with Microsoft that can be referenced about the issue?

    Hello ,

The “There was a problem reaching this app” error in Teams often points to issues with the app’s configuration, permissions, or the Teams environment. Here are some steps to help resolve it:

    1. Wait and try again—new agents may take a few minutes to appear in Teams.

    2. Clear your Teams cache by signing out, closing the app, and signing back in, or manually clearing cached files.

    3. Verify that the agent is shared with the correct users or groups, and ensure all necessary permissions are set in Copilot Studio and Azure AD.

    4. Confirm the agent is published to the right Teams app catalog and not restricted by your organization’s Teams policies.

    5. Some features may need admin consent in Azure AD; check with your IT admin for any pending approvals.

    6. Test the agent in both the Teams web and desktop apps to see if the issue is isolated to one platform.

    7. Lastly, review the Microsoft 365 Service Health Dashboard for any reported service disruptions.
