Why cant i mark a reply as the Answer on these forums?

Hello,

Ever since the new design of these forums I've never been able to mark a reply as the answer to any of my threads. Its annoying me as i want to show my appreciation to those that help and support me and to help future users who may have the same issue as me.

Today i decided to debug the forum to try and understand why everytime i tick the box to mark a reply as the answer, it does nothing. It turns out my Community member doesnt have all the forum permissions as you can see below. It's trying to update one of the database tables but fails:
