How can I sync OneDrive files on unattended mode?

I have a desktop flow that needs files in OneDrive to be synced so that it can run properly. This flow works fine when in attended mode. However, it always seems to fail when run in unattended mode because the files from OneDrive have not synced. Is there a way to fix this issue?

If anyone has any suggestions on resources I can look through, it would be greatly appreciated. I've been stuck on this for a while.

I have the exact same issue, the one drive client takes time to get started aa the unattended job starts and logs in. Hence its to fast and files are not ready.
One workaround is to set a 30 second pause at start of job. Not the best but it works.

Onedrive need a user sign in so it can keep syncing.
Unattended mode need a user sign out so it can auto login.

Hi. Getting the same issue here. Any suggestions? I have an Unattended RPA getting files from Web and storing into a One Drive synced folder. Since RPA ends session right after pasting the file into the folder, it doesn't have enough time to sync. Any suggestions, besides give a wait time of some seconds?

You can probably use the filepath from the OneDrive action in the cloud as an input for the desktop flow, and then use a Wait for file action down in that desktop flow.

(You will have to do some text replacement to match the filepath format of Windows)

Hi There,

I was facing the same issue nad ifixed it by adding parallel branch:
1. one for Onedrive data Transfer -Desktop Flow
2. Sharepoint Trigger - When file is created in folder

As soon as the file moves sharepoint trigger will get started

I was trying to download files from FTP Account and store in onedrive folder. But with unattended mode it was not syncing to cloud.
The below method worked for me!
I started "Run Application" as first action with onedrive location and selected After application launch as "Wait for application load" and with a 60 sec Timeout.

So by this, the onedrive in desktop will be up and running and the files will be synched to the cloud.
