Power Apps doesn’t use web sockets directly. There are some workaround options to achieve near realtime.

Power Apps + Azure SignalR:

Use Azure SignalR Service to broadcast real‑time messages

Build a custom connector or PCF control that listens to SignalR

Embed that control inside Power Apps

Power Apps + Power Automate + Power BI Push Datasets
