I want to filter and show dynamic value from sahrepoint

With({wList:Filter('Leave Form','Created By'.value = User().FullName )},
CountRows(wList))
 
i having one more coloumn name as staff name
 
this is not working

    Try using below formula -

    CountRows(Filter('Leave Form','Created By'.Email= User().Email))
    OR
    CountRows(Filter('Leave Form',Lower('Created By'.Email)= Lower(User().Email)))
