I was wondering, is there a way to change the from field of an email draft using the HTTP Request action? Thanks!

No, but also, can you explain the scenario? The issue is, you are talking as if this is going to be in different peoples drafts. So john doesn't have rights to change warrens stuff let alone monitor their draft folder.

@Michael E. Gernaey I have 3 email accounts but they have different permissions.

    I overlook 3 accounts.
Account A can send on behalf of Account C.
Account B cannot send on behalf of Account C.
Account B is the connection to Power Automate therefore, emails are created with that sender email and that email does not have permission to send from Power Automate on behalf of Account C.

I am essentially creating a few hundred drafts in Account B and moving them to the draft folder of Account C in Outlook as a round about way.

There is an action where I was able to do this ("Draft email message") and change the sender email to be the email handle of Account C.  But if you take a look at a previous question I had that you commented on (Draft Email Message Action - HTML and Plain Text), that is a very basic version of the flow but as you can see, I was having trouble with the Draft email message Action and the html code which is why I was trying to do this through HTTP Request Action.

can you run the flow using your account C?

If account B hasn't got right to send on behalf of account C, you are out of luck. No way to do what you want.
