Hi All,

I am hoping somebody can help.

I am creating a flow that uses the responses from a Microsoft Form. The form has mulitple questions on it. I want a condition so that when a response does not answer yes then I would like an email sent. Within this email I would like part of the body to show the Question and Answer for only the response that did not say yes.

I would also like this to happen independantly for each response that is not a yes. So if there are several responses that do not say yes then i need several emails.

I have tried several times to do this but the Response Question and Answer dol not appear and the action only happens once even if there are multiple responses that are not yes.

Is this possible to do.

You would need to use an interim SharePoint List to store the Form responses, then call those responses for the further conditions and email actions within the Flow. This Record Forms responses in SharePoint template and the Send an email when a new item is created in SharePoint template are a good place to start.

Hey!

Please follow the flow in the screenshot. You can use the "When a new response is submitted as a trigger" -> Initialise a variable to store the response -> Get the response ID and pass it to the "Get response from Forms" action -> Store the response -> Create a condition and customise the email accordingly. (You can use the "Apply to Each loop for multiple qustions/ emails and customise the emails accordingly")

P.S. Yes/ No is a question in the test form that I created. This question accepts Yes/ No as inputs.
