Shared people doesn't have the access to agent created in Sandbox

Hi team,

I created an agent and it works well in my 2 colleagues' Teams. But when I shared to another colleague, he cannot open it.
I'm wondering whether there is any specific limit for the share number in Sandbox.
As I asked Copilot and it says the limit is 10 people for Sandbox. But in recent sharing, there is people shared that the limit is 99 for Sandbox.

Thanks,
Beina

There is no fixed "10 users per sandbox" limit in Copilot Studio. The numbers you encountered (10 vs 99) originate from a configurable governance setting in Power Platform Managed Environments, not from the product itself.

Your colleague cannot access the agent because your sandbox environment has a per-agent viewer limit configured to 10. Once 10 individual users have been granted access, the 11th person is blocked. This explains why it worked for your first 2 colleagues but fails for the third.

I just wanted to check in and see if your issue got resolved. If it did, would you mind marking the question as answered? That way it'll be easier for others to find if they run into the same problem. Thank you :)

Hi @Valantis, thank you very much for sharing the info!
I'd like to follow the steps to increase the limit in Power Platform Managed Environments.
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/managed-environment-sharing-limits
I found that the "Edit managed environments" button is gray out. This env was created by myself.
Is there any way to enable it? Or could anyone help me to config this limit?

Check Your Microsoft Entra ID Role
To activate the "Edit Managed Environments" button, verify you have one of these Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) roles:
    1. Global Administrator
    2. Power Platform Administrator
    3. Dynamics 365 Administrator
    Go to entra.microsoft.com
Navigate to Identity → Roles & admins (or type in search "roles")

Search in the list for your name Power Platform Administrator (or the other roles)
If you're not listed, the button will be greyed out—even if you created the environment

Just wanted to check in and see if everything is working now. If you still need any help, feel free to let me know.

Also, if the issue is resolved, it would be great if you could mark the answer as solved so others with the same question can find it easily.

Thanks and have a great day!
