Reverting Versions of a Customized SharePoint Form

We have a form on a SharePoint list which was customized using Power Apps.  We want to revert to a previous version.  CoPilot has given us a number of suggestions but each references things that exist in canvas apps but not for our customized from.  For example, we dont have a file menu on the App page for our App and we cant see the customized from in our list of Apps on the main Power Apps Studio page.  We can see a list of all the versions under the App Version History button but it has no option to revert to a previous version.  Are we missing something?

I don't think there is a way to revert SharePoint Integrated Apps.  As you say you can see the version history but there is no way to access the App's version properties to restore an old one.

Go to SharePoint List setting >> Form Setting

    Click see version and usage
Click Version >> you will see all version of your form >> Click 3 dots >> restore

Make sure you form is closed during restore.

BhaskarDhone, you saved us a lot of time.  When CoPilot fails (not that often really) Im glad the forums still will come through for us.  Thank you.
