We created a Power App with an On Premise Gateway to connect to say a SQL database stored procedure, what type of license does your enduser need? We have A5 licenses currently. What addon is needed or is there one needed?

I agree with FL Mike to call your account rep, but my understanding is that A5 does not include power apps premium capabilities. This means you'll need either Power App Premium licenses for each users using the app, OR a power apps "per app" license for each user using the app, or a power app pay as you go plan.
You are correct it doesn't but who knows what kind of deal they can get. Thanks for the backup.
