Where is Customized Power Apps List Form stored?

I am working on the customized form,

It is okay when new item was submitted. But when using edit for the item, the form got stuck on Form stuck on "Getting your data..."

I don't know the solution.

Also, Where is Customized Power Apps List Form stored? I can't see the list on Power Apps.

it will be stored in your default environment but you wont be able find it when you search in default environment.

to see the form go to list setting -> form settings -> use a custom form second option

Check: on edit property of sharepoint integration
add some label in screen and give SharePointIntegration.SelectedListItemID to check whats happening

Help, I am struggling to figure out how to alter my Submit URL so it will redirect to my frontpage. I have tried all of the suggestions but I must be missing something. This is my form URL from power apps:

After selecting Save I want it to redirect to this URL:

I had no problem doing this in classic version but using the custom form in power apps has got me stumped.
