Template does not include data in alignment

Good morning everyone!
 
My template in SharePoint list documents shows data in alignment however when flow works, I am getting word document on email and the email contains same word document with no data alignment. How can I fix this.

    At least for me I do not see the data in your images.
     
    However, my recommendation would be to use an HTML Table, using Create HTML Table action, to insure alignment.

    The Word template is properly aligned when opened in the Word application.

    Previously, I was previewing it directly in the email, which caused the formatting to appear off.

     

    Everything looks good now!
