Sharing PAD flows doesn't work

I have a PAD license. When sharing flows to others, using "Share your flow", I am able to add people in my organization both as runners and co-owners. These people then show up in the "Manage Access" which allows me to also to add and delete users.  However, when these users go to find the shared flows, looking in "Shared with me" on their desktop, none of the flows show up.

Any ideas how to resolve this?

    Hi josh111,

Thanks for reaching out to the community. Since you have a license, please create a support ticket with the reproduction steps followed by screenshots. We want to make sure that each angle is covered for your experience.

    Thanks,

    George

Be glad to. But where do I submit the support ticket? URL please.

You can visit Power Automate Support (microsoft.com) and log your ticket. We will take it from there 🙂

    Thanks,

Have you confirmed the users are accessing the same Environment where the desktop flow is saved? That is an issue I have run into.

@WorkingForFood Yes, that would be a problem. I verified it's the same environment, same version etc. I have tried with multiple flows and multiple users with the same negative results.

@geavgous Using the link you supplied, I type in my support request there is no way to submit it, as shown below. Any idea what is wrong?

It seems that the text has exceeded the maximum character limit. Could you narrow down the description and see if it succeeds?

    Thanks,

@geavgous I haven't had a chance to try to submit to support. But I did discover today that after the recipient starts the trial of the Premium version, then she is able to see the flow I shared. Prior to this, she was unable to even see the link for "Shared with Me" or "Environments" menu (as shown in the picture below).

I thought flows could be shared by licensed users, such as myself, with people using the free version with Windows 10. Am I wrong?

2023, still the same question - users in our office 365 network with PAD not seeing a flow I shared. MS documents imply that they ought to be able to see flows I shared to them (I create and run flows with unattended RPA license) as a Run only user.

No, of course free users cannot use premium functionalities, and sharing a flow is a premium functionality, just like any other connection between the cloud and PAD.

If your users do not have a proper license that allows using premium features, they will not be able to see or use any flows that anyone shares with them, or share their own flows.
