We’re encountering a permission-related issue in the Production environment where a single user is unable to push data from a Power Apps Canvas App to Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Error message:
Error when trying to retrieve data from the network: ErrorCode: Internal_ServerError. You do not have permission to access the metadata because you do not have access to a company.
Key details:
The issue affects only one user; all other users with the same setup can push data successfully.
The affected user has the same Business Central security roles and permissions as other salespersons.
As part of troubleshooting, the user was temporarily assigned:
SUPER permission in Business Central
System Administrator role in Power Apps. The error still persists.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have ideas on what could cause this behavior for a single user despite identical roles and elevated permissions?
