I have a SandBox dev environment, I have created a solution and added components (flow, app and environment variable) my teammates who has environment maker role cannot see the component under the solution folder I have created. Is this normal or do I really need to add them as a system admin on the environment? Need clarification please 🙂

You could either share individual components with them (if possible, for example with Flows and Canvas Apps), or you could assign them a role that gives them higher privileges, e.g. System Customizer. System Administrator would work as well, but that would give them ultimate control over everything in the environment.

Thanks @joe_hannes_col , is there any way I can give them access to the components inside the specific solution only?
Only by sharing them directly I'm afraid. An alternative would be to create a new dev environment specifically for this solution and grant your colleagues sys admin/sys customizer privileges in this environment.
