Hi,
My trial environment - PowerApps Deployment got deleted as the trial period expired. I could not backup the application due to short of time. Any possibility that I could restore it as it is very important for me to have this back to convince our managment team in purchasing the license. If the trial period can be extended by 15 days and this environment including my apps could be restored, it would be a big help. This project has been my dream and cannot let it go. Please help.
Thank you.
Regards,
Thushara
Hi Tushara,
You can surely extend the trial version for a month by adding/ verifying the payment information. You will still find the app on the expired environment and you can export it and import it to any other active environment but you will lose the data.

Can you share more details on the type of the app? (Canvas or Model Driven) so that we can better assist you with this issue.
Thanks,

Hi @Thushara ,
Do you want to restore your Trial Environment within your PowerApps?
Currently, within PowerApps, there is no way to restore a deleted Environment. Please consider submit an assisted support ticket for further help through the following link:

Actually, when your PowerApps Plan 2 free trial expires, you could consider request to extend the trial for another 30 days. Please check the following article for more details:

In addition, if your account owns a Office 365 license include PowerApps, you would still have access to PowerApps or Microsoft Flow.
Please check the following article for more details:

Best regards,
Thank you for your response. Mine was a Canvas App. I extended but could not see my environment. How do I restore it?
I could not log a ticket due to authorization controls in our Organization. Attached is the image of the mail I received about the deletion. Any other way a ticket could be logged?
Please refer to the screenshot below: You can see your environemnt in the admin center by navigating from the gear icon on the ribbon. You can also see the environemnt name and select others (if you have created any) by chossing from the drop down. You could export both canvas and model driven apps by clicking the ellipses and selecting export. (you will have to select all options applicable while exporting.)
Go to Settings -> Admin Centre -> Environments -> Recently Deleted
Select your environment and click on restore ...DONE!
Note: It might take several hours to restore your environment
