It says:

Chat sessions are unlimited per tenant every month, but a service limit of 10 sessions per user every 24 hours across all bots in a tenant will be enforced.1

I'm not sure I understand this. Does it mean a user that wants information from my bot can only initiate ten chats per day? If I'm developing the bot -- does that mean I can only initiate ten chats per day?

I guess I don't understand what a session is in this context.

I have the same question. Is it per user who would use the bot when published to a website or is it per bot?

Hi @nikviz ,

This limit is for Copilot Studio for Teams with a free license where only the Teams channel is available.

If you are paying for a paid license, Copilot will include 25.000 messages/month. See more details here: Microsoft Copilot Studio | Extend Copilots or Create Your Own

This is my current licence. Do you mean to say, with this licence I can use only 10 sessions per user every 24 hours? I am planning to host it in a web channel.
