Unable to edit any flows

Hello,

I started having an odd problem last week when I connected a PAD server with a working gateway.

Here's what I've observed:

Issue

  • When attempting to edit any flows, both pre-existing and new ones, I get a dialog that shows the error found in error1.png.
    • It pops up as soon as the edit screen shows, though it's all white, as if loading.
    • Clicking the Close button only causes another, identical one, to appear, without end.
    • Running the client with full admin privileges.

When it last worked

  • Worked with local testing, editing not a problem.
  • Problem didn't occur until initiated call from PAC.

What I've tried

  • Running as admin
  • Create a new flow
  • Uninstall | Reboot --> Re-install

Does anyone have any insight for me around this problem?

    @user42

    consider downgrading from the latest version 2.41 to version 2.39 to see if it resolves the issue. Many individuals have reported encountering similar edit and instance errors with version 2.41 in the past few weeks, and most of them were able to resolve it by reverting to version 2.39.

    Give this approach a try first, and if the issue persists, you can then raise a ticket with Microsoft for further assistance.

    Thanks Deenuji, that allows me to edit flows once again, but the flows I need to edit are unable to be opened because they were created with the newer version.

    For now, I'll recreate it since I can open it on another machine.

    Another workaround is currently 2.42 version also available right now. So see whether that new version resolves your issue but 2.39 is stable one.

    I tried 2.42 earlier and had no luck, thanks though.
