Creating custom GPTs with Copilot M365

I'm creating custom GPT Builder with my M365 personal + Copilot Pro account, but I need help managing to do the same with M365 Business Basic + Copilot Microsoft 365. I want to create custom GPT chatbots for my business, but I can't seem to create them.  Is that possible? What am I missing?
