Getting Access of Tableau Dashboard

Hi, this is my Tableau Dashboard. I want to get the data inside the canvas(just one, not the whole data) by using UI element(or by web recorder), just one from those data, but I can't get an access of it. How can I get it?

I am using Tableau Desktop version.

    Since its a <canvas> element, don't count on being able to extract it.

    Can't you export and download it in a proper format?
