Hi! I'm trying to generate checklists dependent on a user's earlier input. Essentially they'd select one or more types of checklists that they would want to fill out, and something similar to this would be generated (image below) but with more text inputs. Each type of checklist is associated to a number of checklist items, and each checklist item is associated to one or more types of checklists

Im still new to powerapps, would a gallery or form be better? and what steps would i take?
