Microsoft Copilot Studio in MS TEAM: Knowledge (e.g. adding FAQ)

Is it possible to use an FAQ document as a knowledge base for a Copilot (created in Copilot Studio for Teams), so it can answer user questions dynamically—without having to explicitly define every possible answer within the workflow?
 
I created a Bot in MS TEAMS using Microsoft Copilot Studio in MS TEAMS. I would like to answer user questions based on information in a FAQ file.

    Yes, you can use an FAQ document as a knowledge base for a Copilot agent created in Copilot Studio for Teams.
    How to do it:
    • Upload your FAQ file (Word, PDF, Excel, or supported format) to SharePoint, OneDrive, or another supported location.
    • In Copilot Studio, add the FAQ file as a knowledge source for your agent.
    • Publish your agent.
    Result:
    The agent will dynamically answer user questions based on the content of the FAQ file, without you needing to define every possible answer in the workflow.

    If you created the agent using the Microsoft Copilot Studio app within Microsoft Teams and don’t see the option to add knowledge, open Copilot Studio directly. You should see the agent that was created in Teams listed there.
    Open the agent, and you’ll find the option to add knowledge. You can upload your FAQ's using available options as highlighted in the screenshot.
