Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I have a Power Apps environment we are using as QA. There are several places where we are using a lookup to the OOB Subject entity. This lookup used to show as a tree structure, but does not anymore. We have made no changes. In our Prod environment it is still showing the correct tree structure. Can someone please provide some insight as to what would cause this lookup to change how the data is displayed?
