Error while Trying to Import Flow

The person that was managing Power Automate for my company recently left. Their email was deactivated, so the flow is no longer working. I am very new at Power Automate, but I am trying to change all instances of their email over to mine. I tried doing so manually and by exporting/importing. While importing/exporting I am getting this error:

"Flow save failed with code 'DynamicOperationRequestClientFailure' and message 'The dynamic operation request to API 'microsoftforms' operation 'GetQuestions' failed with status code 'Forbidden'. This may indicate invalid input parameters. Error response: { "error": { "code": "707", "message": "UnauthorizedAccess to CDB. Inner Message: {\"error\":{\"code\":\"OperationForbidden\",\"message\":\"Unauthorized Access\",\"innerError\":{\"code\":\"UnauthorizedAccess\"}}}", "@ms.form.error.type": "ExpectedFailure" } }'."

I was trying to add my email address in the "import Setup" field to replace the current owner:

I am having this same problem. This flow is using Microsoft Forms and I am the only with access to this form. However, I didn't create this flow. A 3rd party did and now I am trying to import it.

This error usually happens because the original owner’s credentials are still tied to one or more connections in the flow — especially the Microsoft Forms or SharePoint connectors. When that user’s account was deactivated, those connections lost authorization, which is why you’re now getting a “Forbidden” or “UnauthorizedAccess” message.

I faced a similar issue, and what worked for me was:

Recreate all connections under your own account (Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.).

Open the flow, replace the existing connections with your new ones in each step.

Then save the flow as a new copy (instead of overwriting the old one). This forces Power Automate to use your credentials and permissions, and SharePoint or Forms will automatically recognize your access

After doing that, the “DynamicOperationRequestClientFailure” error disappeared and the flow started running again.
