Hi, my environment:

Dynamics F&O
Power Apps

Does somebody handled images using powerapps using the Dynamics F&O conector?, i want to develop a powerapp application that help for upload or modify Assets Images from Dynamics, the table/entitie FixedAssetsV2, does not contain any information about the image that is related. I hope someone helps.

The closest thing I've found is using BusinessDocumentDocuRefs entitie, this one contain base64 information from several documents uploaded, but does not contain any field that related to another table to get the asset image. Looking for in this entitie, i hasn´t found any asset image.

Thanks, for you help;

    The picture you see on the Fixed asset details page isn’t a special field on the fixed asset record. It is a document management attachment (Document handling) linked to the asset (the paperclip system). Attachments are stored/managed through DocuRef / DocuValue (with storage in Azure Blob / SharePoint / DB depending on your Document type configuration). The image on the form is simply an attachment of Class = File/Image for that asset record.

    In other words: to set or update the asset’s picture, you create/update a document attachment for the asset. There is no image column on FixedAssetsV2, so you won’t find it there.

    A number of out‑of‑the‑box entities expose attachments for integration (via OData/DMF), including the BusinessDocumentDocuRefs endpoint (generic) or module‑specific DocumentAttachment entities. Community and vendor guidance consistently points to DocuRef/DocuValue as the underlying mechanism.
