How to Post message with links to Viva Engage with Power automate

Hello!
I am trying to create a Power Automate flow which will post a message in Viva engage but I would like to add multiple links to the message that I am posting. How should I go about adding links to the message?

I am currently doing it this way but when the message is posted it provides the entire link in the post and doesn't give a hyperlink with the text 'link'

Could you help me with a solution for this?

@Mufasa_sid i tried doing a test in my environment and it does display link the the given text, you can see the screenshot below

Hi Anna,
Unfortunately this solution doesn't work. I have run multiple tests and it doesn't seem to accept html code. It gives me the same text that I use in the message box with the HTML code and everything.

The only workaround I am using right now to ensure it somewhat formats it in the way I want is to use a HTML to Text converter. Unfortunately this doesn't shorten the link into text but it atleast provides me with some sort of formatting ability for how I would like the message to look.

@Mufasa_sid can you try adding <HTML> tags around your message and shown in below image and see if that works?

I have tried html tags as well and it doesn't work. It shows the html code in the message unfortunately in all scenarios except for the workaround of html to text operation. But the links do not format as mentioned.

@Mufasa_sid can you try setting Broadcast to Yes in the advanced parameters of Post Message action

Hi @annajhaveri
Unfortunately in my organization I do not have access to do Announcements on Viva. So setting the broadcast to yes throws an error saying I do not have access.

@Mufasa_sid okay, if i set Broadcast to No in my flow, the link text doesnt appear.
