How do I include multiple Subject contains when I use Retrieve email messages from Outlook

Email 1 - AQI P1 Users

Email 2 - AQI P2 Users

Email 3 - AQI P1 and P2 Users

I don't want to just include "AQI" into the Subject contains box. I want to be able to hard code all these values above.

    Hi @mxdataengineer1

You can try using a variable and write your subject, this might help OR you can try creating a list of 3 subject and loop using that list, so you can get one subject mails and later others

I tried Variables, I want to add multiple hard codded values where it can use an OR statement in a single variable.

Am I doing this correctly? (Screenshot attached)

    Thanks.

    Hi @mxdataengineer1

That won't work as the retrive email message action is expecting as string, can you try by giving subject contains as AQI P1 Users;AQI P2 Users;AQI P1 and P2 Users

The semi colons are not working unfortunately.

How do I include a list of hard coded values in a variable?
