I am experiencing an issue with my chatbot in Microsoft Copilot Studio related to trigger phrases and topic responses. Here are the details:
Problem Description: I have set up multiple topics in my chatbot, each with distinct trigger phrases. However, when a user asks a question that correctly triggers a topic (e.g., asking about the number of days off), the bot responds appropriately. The issue arises when the user asks a different, unrelated question afterward. The bot incorrectly triggers the previous topic again and provides the same response about days off. This problem is not isolated to one topic but occurs with at least three other topics as well.
Steps Taken:
Verified that each topic has unique and specific trigger phrases that should not overlap with others.
Ensured that the trigger phrases are well-defined and distinct.
Tested the bot with various questions to confirm the issue.
